Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing or using any network services, internet access, or equipment owned, operated, or provided by the Lakeside School District, all users agree to waive any right to privacy for such use.

The District reserves the right to monitor, log, and review all user activity and electronic communications. This includes, but is not limited to, any network traffic, system activities, emails, files, and voice or video transmissions conducted via District-connected equipment or networks to ensure compliance and proper system use. The District may monitor this activity without prior notice and may share any such transmissions or data with the appropriate authorities, school administration, or a student's parents/guardians.
