Regular Meeting
December 10, 2018

The meeting was called to order by the vice-president. The following members were present: Mr. Collins, Mrs. Green, Ms. Griffin, Mr. McJoy, Mr. Mosley and Mr. Williams. Mr. Livingston was absent.
The November 12, 2018 minutes, attendance and financial reports were approved as presented.
The superintendent discussed what districts in Southeast Arkansas need to do in order to meet Governor Hutchinson’s proposed teacher salary increase over the next four years ($36,000). He also discussed the statement of financial interest (must be filed with the County Clerk by January 31, 2019), K-12 Culinary Connection (meal will be prepared for the Board members on January 14, 2019), District warehouse, remodeling Eudora Elementary restrooms and Kitchen (Naff Construction) and NSBA Conference (March 29-April 1, 2019).
The vice-president requested that the board go into executive session for the purpose of employment, appointment, discipline, promotion or resignation of personnel. After the discussion, the public was allowed to return.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
